My name is Ewieona Long, In my role as a Behavior Technician, I am committed to implementing effective, evidence-based interventions to support individuals in improving their behaviors and acquiring new skills. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I work closely with students, tailoring strategies to meet their unique needs and helping them achieve their goals. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment for our students we work with everyday. I am eager to contribute to our shared mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. I want to take a moment to express my admiration and gratitude for our incredible Pathways Behavioral Outreach Team that consists of 2 BCBAs, ABA intern and 2 Behavior Technicians.
