The Educator Growth and Development Programs at ESD105 focus on designing opportunities and supporting development of current and future educators. Our engagement in the LEADER initiative as the purpose of supporting regional efforts in recruiting and retaining diverse, effective educators (paraeducators, teachers, support specialists, and administrators) for our communities.
